AeroBarrier®

Automated envelope air sealing — measured as it happens.

Aeroseal’s AeroBarrier® system finds leaks with pressure, seals them with a nontoxic fog, and documents the ACH in real time.

What AeroBarrier® is

AeroBarrier® is Aeroseal’s envelope air-sealing system. The house is pressurized so air leaves through the leaks. An atomized, water-based sealant follows that air and bonds in the gaps. Typical leak paths are electrical boxes, windows, doors, and other cracks up to half an inch.

The process is automated and watched by a continuous blower door. You set a target ACH; the system runs until it gets there, then prints a sealing report.
