Utility incentives for attic, walls, and crawl space.

If the house qualifies, we handle the rebate paperwork with Puget Sound Energy, Tacoma Power, or Cascade Natural Gas. Rates below are the 2026 published residential programs.

Puget Sound Energy

Attic: $1.75 / sq ft (max $3,500)
Floor: $2.50 / sq ft (max $5,000)
Walls: $2.50 / sq ft (max $5,000)

A 1,500 sq ft attic is about $2,625 back.

$750 per area — attic, walls, or crawl space
Up to $2,250 if all three qualify

Electric heat, Tacoma Power service, participating contractor.

We confirm eligibility at the inspection.

Rebates depend on existing insulation, heat source, home vintage, and the utility’s rules. We photograph the assemblies, tell you what qualifies, and file the application if you move forward. Published rates can change; the utility has the last word.
